LS connectvity error(please help urgent)

Dear all,

i have two data base one is HO sever and second is Store server.both location use static IP.from store database on HO distribution location card wen i test connection then its ok but wen i test connection with DD then its give error.i have complete following task....

1.i have DD_HO dd server on HO location
2.DD_ST dd server on Store location
2. host file
HO machine----

HO IP DD_HO
Store IP DD_ST

Store Machine.......

Store IP DD_ST
HO IP DD_HO


No need to service file entry because i have only one DD server on every location.

Problem

on HO data base all test connection is ok but on Store machine store card is ok but ho card give error no. 12288(error connecting to Data Director)

Mr. Abhishek,

U have not configured FinPlugin properly, in FinPlugin configuration wizard mention Codeunit permission 99001483, restart the services and test for the connection.

Dear Anil,

i have all ready give codeunit permission 99001483.actualy on store card test connection and test connection with dd is ok but ho card test connection with dd is not ok.as i know on store machine for ho machine dd server information only include in host file with ho ip but it give error 12288.i dont understand wats problem.is there any other entry for ho dd on store machine.please solve my problem its very urgent.please.... ](*,)

Cfront test connection is Ok or not, and HO card specify ip address as server name

i am not getting what do u want say.there are two test connection

1. test connection
2. test connection with DD

on store machine distribution location store card 1 and 2 both are ok and HO card 1 is ok but test connection with dd gives error 12288 ](*,)

HO Distribution Location Card, Type ipaddress of Server in Server Name field. then test the connection with DD

Try to reinstall the data director and the fin plugin..by the way which version of LS you are using?
