the data tranformation between nav sp1 to sp3

hi anybody,
when i transfer the backup files from Nav sp1 to sp3 the version show
that the Version 4.0 sp1(sp3). is it can effect the migration ? somemore
when i merge the data sp1 to sp3 most of the customized objects files are showed same size of data and same in case of contents. when i import the objects to the sp3 and compile the same version showed.
please solved my problem.

That is probably not correct It should say something like
IN 4.00 SP1(4.00SP3)
IN = Indian
4.00 SP1 = 4.00 SP1 application as found in CodeUnit 1
4.00SP3 = 4.00 SP3 client executables (fin.exe)
