I don't think it's possible to set this property in code.
If you need to sometimes run a report in Landscape, or sometimes as Portrait, or sometimes as '' (printer default) depending on criteria, I'd suggest you create 2 copies of your report and set the Orientation property differently on the report copy. Then call the required report from a processing only report depending on the criteria.
This is a similar workaround to when you need to print a report to different printers depending on certain criteria.
