New Company - OLE control error message - NAV 5.0

When creating a new company getting an error message:

Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by GUID={F5078F1....}
Automation Server.Unknown Class.
Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed or registered.

Are you sure? Don't look at the "modified" flag only.

Did you install NAV, or did you just copy the program files folder?

Strange ... when creating a new company ... NAV shouldn't do anything with office automation... :-k .
