Enhanced Security Model - Single User Synch not working

DatapacDatapac Member Posts: 97
Hi,
I'm having a problem with a NAV 4.0 SP2 SQL 2005 database. The single user synch function isn't working for me. The only way I can add new users is to run a full synch at end of day.

The Single user synch appears to work (i.e. no errors are reported) but the new user is not added to the list of database users.

I've checked and db.xp_ndo_enumusergroups is defined as an Extended stored procedure in my master database but db.xp_ndo_enumusersids is not (but I believe this is only required for V 3.7?).

I've read through the white paper on this but can't see what's wrong.
Any suggestions?

xp_ndo_enumusersids is for the basic security model. I don't know for sure if it is in use at all when you use the enhanced security model, but I'd add it just to make sure.

NAV 4.0 SP2 has known security issues, you should consider upgrading your exe's to SP3 and the latest hotfix.
