migrate 2.60 to 5.0

Hello, I'm trying to migrate from 2.6 to NAV 5 SQL. I'm creating dataports to export/import data and then I will configure the application.
I don't know if exist some tool to migrate from 2.60 to 4 because the NAV 5 toolkit only supports 3.70 and 4.0.
Somebody can tell me if this procedure is correct (2.60 -> 5 with dataports).
Other posibilities?

Upgrade from 2.60 to 3.70 and then 3.70 to 5.00.

Or use it as an opertunity to review and potentially re-implement given there has been so much change between those versions.
