Hi,

I was hoping you could help me. I'm choosing between MS SQL and Navision native databases and I need to know wich one I should choose. Can anyone tell me what should be my main points to look at when choosing?

Thank you all!

SQL really is the only option. Native will be discontinued in the next releases, at least for the new client and webservices.

If NAV is your strategical choice for the long-term future, Native is a waiste of time.

    exactly!

I dont think why people go for native database.
SQL is the best option for Navision.

    Take a look at this:
Should I move my move Dynamics NAV Server from C/SIDE to SQL - Singleton

All the companies I know that are now on Native DB are looking at WHEN to move to SQL, not IF, so its best to just go straight to SQL.
