Localization workbench and Target text

Hello !
I have to translate an add-on and and i have seen that the fastest way is to use navision localization workbench (i'm not really sure now
)
anyway, i have done a lot of test but i still don't understand why my target text is in the same language than my source text, when i look in the txt file i exported (navision translate export) it's have different language but not visible in NLW ...
the only way to translate is to change manually and after NLW changed it everywhere ... but i'm sure that's possible automatically ...
