Navision Upgradation from nav 4.2 to 5

Hi Folks,

Since few days i have been working on Navision upgradation from version 4.2 to 5 ..Let me give a quick background! My customer database is on SQL so i was using SQL database as backend but while upgradating i encountered few error message which i had no quick re-solutions to.

I got this message at the time of importing 'Merged Navision 5 objects' into DB. I tried 2 twice but i got the same message.


So i decided to use Navision standard DB as backend. Usual trick of restoring SQL backup on Standard DB worked. To be honest i ignored repercussion of coverting DB :-s

I didnt encounter any error & everything went swimmingly. Now i have to convert standard to SQL DB..which i did ! Everything seems to me OKAY but i want to know if i missed something or if there are reprecussions of converting database, like i did !!

FYI - This is a known bug with Dynamics NAV 5.0 (I'm running into it tonight) and there is a KB article that provides a patch:
