Employee Portal Installation and Configuration Problem

Dear All,
We are trying to Installations and configure the Microsoft Business solution Employee Portal.
All Installation going on according provided Microsoft document in Navision SP3. We are trying to Navision Native Database Server and SQL Server database server. But We are not able to seen Employee portal related any effect at local host browser.
Kindly give me any suggestion, if you have any documentation regarding employee portal Installations and configuration.
