Custom Paper size

Hi All,
My customer is having different paper size for official receipt (21cm x 9.3cm).

Therefore, i created a custom paper at the Print Server Properties.

However, some very weird happen when user wants to select the custom paper for printing, the custom form is not appear on the paper size listing for certain printer. After a few testing, i found that the EPSON printer does not list the custom paper size with height less than 9.90cm. Please see scenarios below.

Anyone can advise on this matter. Thank you.

I have tested different paper sizes, eg :
a) 21cmX 29.70cm
b) 21cmX9.30cm
c) 21cmX15cm
d) 21cmX10cm
e) 21cmX9.99cm

After some testing, i found that :
1) PENSONIC-Panasonic KX-P1121 can see ALL the custom size above at the paper size listing
2) PENSONIC-Epson LQ-2170 ESC/P 2 : can see the paper size with height 9.91cm and above at the paper size listing
3) PENSONIC-Epson LQ-2180 ESC/P 2 : can see the paper size with height 9.91cm and above at the paper size listing

Hi,

Every printer has its own limitations regarding paper sizes so not all custom paper sizes are going to be accepted by all printers.
