Hi,


We are implementing navision to manufacturing. So Our firm has machines. Our firm purchases Spares for machines.When machine got struck then stores and spares department will issue spare parts to that machine.This is process. Per day spares department will issue many spare parts.what they want the report that contains item list according to machine wise.
that means how many spare parts issued today to particular machine.Machine wise item consumables.I dont how to do this in navision.
whcih fields i have to add and any coding is necessary.
experts please provide solution how to do this in navision.please elaborate this issue.
which form we have to use to issue materials.

No standard way to do this except use of dimension. Define dimension of machines and make it mandatory on the consumbales.

Yes, you can define the machine centers as a dimension and whenever stores is issuing the material as per your designed process you attach the machine center dimension to the particular transaction. This is the easiest way to do it otherwise you should use maintenance module for this requirement.
