Employee Portal - Modify Shared Web Part

Hi there,

I have setup employee portal on Windows Server 2003.
I can add the employee portal demo web parts to the site.

My problem is that when I modify a web part, My Employee Portal Tool Pane section does not display any text.
Under the Group section there are 2 items in the drop down list box, but the text is not displaying. If I choose one of the items, the page refreshes and the Web Part Request list box gets generated with all the items, but the text does not display in the list box.

I can select any of these "ghost" list items and the web part displays on the site.

If I look at the source code for the web page, the list items are empty!

Can anyone help me with this problem?

May be that some missing translation? Wich language you are using? Which language is selected for the user?

NAV 4.00 SP3 english version

and it is english for the user as well
