All servers are not visiblewhen selecting Server in Navision

Hi,
We are running Navision globally in citrix environment. We are working on Navision SQL Server option.We are using Navision 3.6/3.7 version.
Now problem is that when we login through citrix and try to open list of SQL servers at the time of Navision database open with windows Authentication my all servers are not visible for some of the users in the list ( Still they can work by typing manually the server name) and at the same all the servers are visible for some of the users.
Can you tell me what is the problem. Is it something related to Navision/SQL/Network/Domain/Citrix.
