Currency Conversion Rounding Precision

Hi,
Can anybody help me with a currency rounding problem. We need to start selling to customers using Japanese Yen which has no decimals. I'm getting confused with the differences between the following fields :
Amount Rounding Precision
Invoice Rounding Precision
Unit-Amount Rounding Precision
The help is just confusing me more! I've tried setting all 3 to 1.00 for whole numbers but I'm getting the case where if you add up the line amounts shown on screen they don't add up to the order total shown with the F9 key (it's 1 Yen out).
Any help appreciated,
