How to block "File > Send > Report by Email"

Hi All,

When I run a report, I have the possibilty to send it by email "File > Send > Report by Email". I would like to block this possibility to a few user.

I guess there is something to do about security and roles, but I can't find which role exactly is concerned. Does anyone know anything about that ?

I think it's impossible(the role "all" is enough for sending reports by e-mail). In fact if you block this in Navision the user still have the chance to save the report as html and could send it by e-mail. (if not using terminal server and set appropriate permissions)

In object type of Roles you can control permissions of several menu options. That option isn’t available to control, so you can’t.
