Why can't some users resize a column in Nav Viewer?

Hi,
I have a couple of people that can't resize the columns on their screen in Navision. (Looking at a BOM, can't see the full item number, and can't resize the column). Instead of the arrow, they get the "move" hand, and they cannot make the column (any column) wider.
Any one have any idea why?

It's probably a security issue. You need to give those users:
System 3510 View, Design with execute = yes
