Excise on Sample Sales

Hi All,
i wanted to calculate Excise on goods sold as sample.
“Free Supply” field on Sales Header is checked.
I have attached Excise Structure to the header.....still i am not able to calculate the Excise ](*,)

I have aslo tried to calculate it by changing the setup in th EXCISE Setup as BED on "ASSESSABLE VALUE" ...still cant get the solution

help me guysss.....

There was a check mark in the Excise Structure for Include line Discount and Including Line Discount
