Is this a Navision user group?
We often see posts wanting to start local user groups, but they limit the base of knowledge, as groups like this give a diverse response to your questions and posts, the key elements are content and users.

Setting up a user group or a website is not hard, getting the traffic is:
    Who are your target users?
What does your website / user group offer that others don't?
What will make users come back often?
How many other established websites / user groups are there already?
How will you initially contact or recruit your members?
    Are you wasting your time?
If it grows how will it be paid for?
How much free time do you really have to police / input the content?

I am not really trying to start a whole new user group, Just a local network of users. We can do site visits to NAV installs in the area and try to improve knoweledge and use of the system. Even a round of golf or two a year. I only know of two installs in the area and these two get benefit from connecting, i just want to make that group bigger.

I don't even know how to go about finding out who is using Navision??
