Upgrade to newer version

I'm currentely working as a financial consultant at a company in belgium still Running Navision 2.6.

I want to encourage them to ugrade their version to at least 4.0. But i would need some detailed information about the new and better functionality in the newer versions.

Are there any pdf or other documents available which describe the new functionalities in the version after 2.6.

The simple fact that 2.6 isn't supported any more, and the assumption that a lot of customization could be covered by the new versions is not enough to push them into an upgrade.

graphical planning
workflow for Po approval
sales templates
automate intercompany invoices
consignment stock

In download section in mibuso you also have latest Navision version. You can make download and also try it out.

I don't know if this document is in zip file of NAV 5.0 available in download section.

Yes it is. The download contains the "Microsoft Dynamics NAV 50 Change Doc" document.
