Permission to control the hide & show option

Dear Experts

Can any one let me know if there is a provision where I can control the users from hiding modules in the navigation panes.

For instance if I right click in the modules, there is option to hide or show the modules. This I should be able to control with roles. Can I control throu permissions?

you need to design the menu suit and do it in design mode.
