Dear All,
How can we trap the keystroke in navision. like if user presses the Down arrow key how will we trap it to write some C/Al code.. for this event..

It is not possible, at least not for all keystrokes.
Some keystrokes you can intercept by creating a menubutton with some menuitems that have a shortcut in them. In the OnPush-trigger of that menuitem, you can write some code. But I am not sure you can catch the down-key in it. I did a small try and the first time, he caught the keystroke but not the second time.
