Send to Excel/Word Problems

Hi.

This is happening under NAV 5.0 and Office 2003.

On Customer List and do File > Send > Form to Microsoft Excel (or Word)

Under Cronus Licence:
This message is for C/AL programmers.

Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by GUID={blah blah} 6.0:{blah blah};Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class.
Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered.

Under Developer Licence:
Error: You do not have permission to run the 'Application Launch Management' Codeunit.

My day started off simple ...

Any pointers on either of these problems?

    1.C:\WINDOWS\system>regsvr32 (your dll/ocx name you see in the error message).Then you can use your demo license to explore the new features of NAV 5.0


    2.with your current developer license you cant explore the 5.0 functionality,you have to upgrade ,check your partner source website for more info.
