Permissions Source to Allow Zoom (CTRL+F8)

Hello All,
I would like to allow some of my users to access the zoom feature in Navison 4.0, but can't seem to locate the table, object, or codeunit to modify. Does anyone know how i can control who has access to that feature?

if you look in the permission form of a role you can find System-> Zoom. If you add this the user will be able to zoom
