Industry Specific XML files for NAV 5.0

Any idea if more industry specific XML files are/will become available?
I would like to set up Navision for a company selling medical devices and have no idea what XML to use, I don't think this company's business matches with the default XML files.

Am not sure if there are going to be anymore. Those samples effectively came out a few years ago with the first release of RIM. But it is fairly easy to make a new file from an existing company for future use.
Not that that will help if this is a completely new setup.
