Sales Tax calculation

Hi All,
I created a Sales Invoice and changed the Ship to Code(different from the customer address) on the Shipping Tab.
I am not able to calculate the Sales tax if I do So.
If I remove the Ship to Code from the Invoice header...the system calculated the Sales tax without any problem..

I have also changed the Sales Tax dependency type in the Sales & Marketing setup as Ship to Customer

Please let me know the solution
