Employee Portal - Communication Error

The architecture is as follows:
ADS and WSS are installed in a system.
Navision Server(SQL) and NAS are in another system,
The problem is , While using Employee Portal, the reply and request queue does not connect it throws error , Communication error , No reply from Back End System.
Can anyone inform me how to specify the path for the Queue?
