Sales order - work order in SP3

Hi Al,
There is a Form in SP3 (Sales And Marketing Module)
Order Processing-->Sales Order - Work Order.

I am not able open it. it says " From 50001 does not exist".
Is there any hotfix for it...or just a additional granuel provided which requir customization....
please ket me know.....it will be a great help....

Number 50001 it’s in customer range, so that’s means customization. Someone must correct customized code, Microsoft won’t provide an hotfix fot that.

Is there any form available named as Sales Order - Work Order in SP3.
As far as indian localization Hotfix is concerned...i have loaded all, HF1 to HF5....
Still I am not able to open it.....can you give any idea about it...

As already said the Object Range 50000 - 99999 is for us to develop Customer Specific modules and modifications, so no hot fix will include objects in this number range.

If you have this error then it might be that the custom form has been deleted, or you have imported changes from another database without including all custom objects.

you need to restore a backup including objects or import all modified objects from the source database.
