Blank & Zero Values

Hi,
In my sales line the Unit Price i want to differntiate between Zero & Blank Values. If i am giving zero it is taking as Blank. But i want to store Zeros also in the filed.
How to do that?

2) The trick is to add field into the record of type boolean, and each time someone enter some value into the field you want to watch, you set this boolean flag. The field will have some name like "Value entered for field xxx" or something shorter. There is no other way how to distinguish between 0 and empty value...
