NAV/Navision Classic Client
After making some seemingly unrelated standard Navision security changes, all new vendors created in the system are blocked with type all by default. Is this common and what are the possible solutions?

Well you could either export all of your objects as text and search for Blocked := Blocked::All to figure out if you did something accidentally.
Or you could set the initvalue to blank, either through the property or the onInsert trigger.

It's been discussed many times here that one of the best ways to make fields mandatory is by using blocked.
Ex/

In other words a customer,Vendor, Item etc will be blocked unless all the proper necessary fields are filled in. perhaps you have had a mod like this?
also check for
OnInsert()
Blocked := Yes;

It was a mod as you stated.
Thanks matttrax and savatage!
