Looking for design specification sample of Navision project!

I am trying to create a design specification for my Navision project, but I don't know what kind of specification is good for Navision project. For example, if I want to design a specification for a new Report or Table or Form, how can I do? Anyone can provide a sample of design specification for me? Thanks a lot.

I don't have a document or anything, but I can tell you some things that I put in them when they are requested from me.

1. Description of the problem, including a help desk ticket number if it applies.
2. A list of the objects that you are expecting to change and the changes you plan to make to each one of them.
3. The reasons you changed each of those objects.
4. Test cases with expected results and output from Navision to show that the change works. Sometimes I will put the output before the changes if it is useful.
5. Version tag so you can easily go back and find all the objects that this change affected.

Probably some other stuff, but that should be a good start.
