strange date filter behaviour

I have the following situation:
On the production database on every report with date filter when user inputs p1 shows: 01.02.2007..28.02.2007. In the development database, on the same report interprets the filter correctly: 01.01.2007..31.01.2007

What could be the problem?

Most likely is your Windows OS Regional Settings under Control Panel incorrectly setup for one of the machine...

It could also be the accounting periods that have been setup on the 2 database's or the Workdate that is in use.

p1 will give you the first accounting period in the current financial year based on the workdate.
