Problems with order advice

Hi All,
I have problems with a lot of order advice. If we need 10,- kg raw material for production, have no material in stock and there are an production order which needs 10,- kg raw material. I get an order advice for 10,- kg. Correct. If I order the material the supplier can supply 10% more or less. Often I get perhaps 9,7 kg raw material. It is clear that we under-supply the order of our costumer likewise. Here is my problem, I get every day the new order advice to order the missing quantity of 0,3 kg. That is very unpleasant because it is clear that we under-supply. The quantity in the confirmation order/cutsomer order I can´t change because the table with more-supply/under-supply must be filled if we supply more or less.
I think it is a small problem without programming. But in which place it is adjusted?
