Nav 3.7 - Export to Excel Error - Analysis by Dimension

My customer is receiving the following error when they use the Export to Excel function in Analysis by Dimension:

"This message is for C/AL Programmers:

An exception was raised in method CreatePivotTable. The OLE control or Automation server has returned error (HRESULT) - 2147352567.
The component did not provide the exception description."

This error occurs when the date range is set between January 1/07 to July 7/07. No errors are produced if the date range set is shorter ie Jan 1/07 to May 31/07.

If anyone has any suggestions on a possible solution please let me know.

excel can have only 65K records. How many records does it create for jan through may?

Your data in this period may contain something Excel`s autoformat function doesn`t like, for example, if there happens to be a string like "===bla bla bla" or so.

Second, some weird errors may raise, if Report/Codeunit is compiled with older versions of Automation libraries than Excel itself on the PC in question. Error message doesn`t necessarily state the real cause of problem, so it`s difficult to find out the reason.
