Cannot pick from list

Hi all,
I have created a Card form and I am trying to pick items from a List form but it is not possible.](*,)
It was working before.Is there anyone who has come across such a scenario and was able to solve it?

is the lookupformid property applied in the table you are looking up in?
i guess not...

or

did you try to write the lookup in code?
if so, you need to provide the command : lookupmode := true;
