Purchase header does not exit

Hi All,
While posting a purchase Invoice, I got an error as:

The Purchase Header Does not exit.
Identify fields and value:
Document Type-'Quote',No.="

Please let me know if i have missed any thing in the Setup..its urgent

check in purchase header table that field "document type" contains the order option.if yes then check the primary key in the purchase header table it should be No.,Document type
