Secondary Key remains after deleting record

Very strange problem for you, dear experts :
I have a table with some secondary keys for flowfieds calculation. This table is like an entry table.
If I delete a record in the table, secondary key remains ! So, flowfields are false ...
The only method to fix the keys is to regenerate the key by delete and recreate the key definition in Nav.
I work with a 4SP3 on an SQL server 2005.
10 years of Navision and never heard that ...
