Submission Form.

Hi,
Trying to develop a form which short of enhances employee contributions by employer. Want a form for contributions in such that the user chooses and employer and the form automatically lists all the employees for that employer with their details and then after the user edits whatever he wants to edit submits/posts the results to the contributions table.
Any ideas welcome please!

    I've never done such an implementation and being trying to use temporary tables but the documentation is very poor on that. Thus really have no clue how to begin or how best to implement this. Ideas on how to implement this welcome please or links to some proper documentation.
