location problem

Hi,

I am working on navision 4.0 . I am working on cronus database.
When creating a sales order u select location in sales line, then u select quantity, when u select quantity automatically the qty will update in qty to ship, qty to invoice. This is process is working only for BLUE location.

But when select the other locations of cronus GREEN, RED, YELLOW, WHITE to create sales order and when I enter qty in qty field the qty will not update in qty to ship and qty to invoice. When enter qty forcely in qty to ship field for white location, I am getting this type of error. That is

Warehouse shipment is required for line No.=10000
The entered information will be disregarded by warehouse operations

I am getting same error for remaining locations except BLUE.

Please help on this issue. what we have to do.

The BLUE location is not a fully configured Warehouse and so you can use simple inventory management, the other locations are, so you must use Warehouse Shipments & Receipts.

I'd suggest you review the Warehouse Management section of the online help as an introduction to how to setup and use this functionality.
