ODBC error when creating new NAV 5.0 SQL database

Hi.

I have a strange problem with Navision 5.0 SQL.
When creating a new database in Navision it begins creating the database, and after about 5 secs. it stops, and pops up an error message saying:

170,"42000",[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Line 1: Incorrect syntax near 'FUNCTION'.
178,"42000",[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]A RETURN statement with a return value cannot be used in this context.

---

The server runs with:
Windows 2003 Server SP1
SQL Server 2000 SP4
MDAC 2.8
Dynamics NAV 5.0

Anyone know why this error pops us, and how to solve it?
