Does anyone know how I can determine the licensed sessions in the C/AL code?

    Check the "License Information" table.

    Set a filter on the "Text" field for *Session*

    Find the matching record and parse the Text field.
    The format is:

    <spaces><number><spaces>Session<spaces><licensed sessions>
