Add Email Address field form Customer card to Sales Order

I need to know how to add the email address field on the customer card to the Sales Order (Order Confirmation) Form..

when a customer calls in for a warranty item and we send out a service part, we want to see the email address on the Sales Order. Is this possible?

the flowfield suggestion can be done without a dev license.

add Email field to cust card
add email field to sales header
Same type & length - probably text 60 should be fine

on the sales header table goto the properties of the field
change field class to flowfield
change the calc formula to something like
Lookup(Customer.E-Mail WHERE (No.=FIELD(Sell-to Customer No.)))depending on the name of the field name you use.

Add the new field to the sales header card. Now heed the advice from blacktiger & don't get too carried away with these fields 8)

write all these changes you do in a book or something and later on when you have an upgrade or a mod that needs to done by your nsc. give them the list of changes so they can do it in the Navision way
