User Portal problems.

I'm trying to install User Portal but I got into trouble. Here are the details:

Windows 2000 SP4
Navision 3.60 Worldwide Hotfix 23

I tried both with Windows authentication and user authentication, but after logging in I get redirected to http://localhost/factory/dashboard.asp? ... ms/Welcome
and I get this error message:
Dashboard Error
(404) Resource Not Found
Source: store.vbs

I configured the User Portal users, I assigned activity centers, I've done everything that is written in the Install Guide. As I understood from the install guide 'Dashboards/Forms/Welcome' is the default page where a user is redirected when he has to activity centers assigned, but it's not my case.

Does anybody have any ideea what's going on?

thx

OK. I got it partially working now. I had to run InstallDashboard.js in Factory folder and it started working.
BUT whenever I try to insert any record (oder, customer, etc) I get all kind of scripting errors.

    Any ideeas?

When we implemented the User Portal (in 3.60) for demonstrational purposes, we did not Service Pack Windows 2000 at all. We found that the XML handler's caused errors with the Navision client, and we were forced (in every situation that we tried) to forgo the service packs.

I have not looked/researched it since then, and since it works perfectly we have a demonstration version that works great for demonstrations.

Try installing on another machine with Windows 2000 w/o service packs...let me know if it helps.

    Good luck!

I got UP 3.70.A to work on W2K Server with SP4. The only problem I have now is that my pages display a "Begin SIgnature block" [...] End Signature block at the top....
