Navision server and TS

I have a customer that don't want to install the client on all employee computers, but they login to a terminal server and run Navision.

Now I get an error:
"You can not use file ... because it is already in use"

I just took for granted that Terminal Server would do the trick, but now I'm afraid it wont work. Isn't it possible to run NAV client in TS? I guess it's the client locking the database file even though I'm going through a NAVSERVER. The NAVSERVER and the TS is the same machine.
The customer is running a novell network with a lot of different OS on the machines so installing NAV client on the client machines is not possible.

Is there a solution to the problem?

Until know I didn’t have any problems with TS. I guess that you are trying to open database directly instead of opening trough server.

I updated the license since we had som booking problems with the old one. And then I restarted the server after that the only user had been logged out.
And then suddenly it worked.

So I guess it was some more problems with the first license.
