Navision 5.0 client acts very strange

I've tried to find posts concerning my problem, but I wasn't so lucky .
My client has decided to implement Navision 4.0PL SP3 database, but he decided also to use newest client, that is 5.0. The database server is a Navision one.
An issue is as follows. When user opens a form (for example Sale Order or Invoice) he needs to wait until NAV allows him to work with it. During this time application opens many windows similar to these when NAV is trying to find some data in a table. It makes my client just mad when he needs to wait for the form to open.
The size of data in the database is really small. They have just started.
Please, give me any hint where something might be wrong.

I've only ever seen that happen when you open a badly coded database on SQL and have restored it to native. When there is no SETCURRENTKEY. SQL doesn't care less, but the Native does.
