[Attain 3.10a - ODBC] avoid "C/ODBC Setup" request

In a Access 2000 database I joined, with ODBC 3.10a a table in Navision.
If a licence, for the ODBC join operation, is available everything seems to work properly.
Nevertheless licences are not available, a window is displaied with the messagge "C/ODBC Setup" asking the user to press the "OK" button or the "CANCEL" button.
Is it possible to avoid the above-mentioned window apparition and on the contrary to raise up an exception?
