Outllok Confirm Message

Dear All
I am using MAPi handler to send e-mails from navision.
When ever we try to send a mail a confirmation dialog box appears
saying " an external program is trying to access e-mail stored in Outlook
Do u want to allow it ?"

The message is definitely coming from MS Outlook and Navision.
Can anyone tell me what setting is required on MS Outlook to stop this
dialog appearing .

interesting thread as I have the same problem ...

I downloaded & installed the program described above but this hasn't solved my problem...

What setup is needed in this program? It doesn't look straight forward :?

If you would log in as Administrator, and allow Navision to access Outlook on that machine, then for all others users this confirmation dialog will not appear anymore.

At least, it did work for me on Windows XP machines.
