many problems with matrix printers

Hi folks
We have implanted Navision Axapta in our company. We have many problems with the matrix printers. On the server they are these printers configured for the Windows 98 clients. The rest of clients with Windows 2000 has configured locally.The letters patents and the invoices times come out well and other times leave unsquared. This is a madness.
Somebody can help me.
