NAV/Navision Classic Client
I have a client that would like to have Lot Control turned on for the receiving goods process only.
They do not want to issue inventory to Production Orders with Lot Control.
It this possible???

Yes, create a Item tracking code with Inbound Purchase Tracking checked.
Assign it to the item item tracking code.

Warehouse > Planning & Excecution > Setup Inventory > Item Tracking Codes > Item Trackin Card. Create an Item Tracking Code, on the Lot No Tab, select the select the relevant Inbound tick boxes, clear outbound.
Hope this helps.
