How to give read permission for menu in Navision 4.0

HI,
I have Navision 4.0.
I want to give 5 menu permission to user.
But i want to restrict user, User can view all menu but it cannot change the menu.
So i want to give permission of menu to user as read only.
Can any one tell me how to do that.
